When I placed my first order, they immediately contacted me to ensure that the tubular motor was compatible with my installation, and then sent the package to me.
The motor is very easy to install, and it is installed in a shade that is slightly larger than the recommended value. In +-a month, everything worked well, so I recommend the second one :)!
